Therapix provides digital self-help courses and online therapy sessions based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
All content is intended for personal development and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care.
3. Age Requirement
Our services are intended for users aged 16 and older.
By accessing or purchasing our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Therapix reserves the right to request age verification if there is reasonable suspicion of inaccuracy.
4. Payments and Pricing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, which supports credit/debit cards, Swish, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Prices are displayed in local currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
By purchasing digital content, you agree that your right of withdrawal ends once access to the content has begun.
5. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal
As our products consist of digital content delivered immediately, no automatic right of withdrawal applies once access has been granted.
Therapix may, however, offer a voluntary refund at its discretion. To request a review, contact support@therapix.se.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to use our services responsibly and not to:
- copy, distribute, or share content without permission,
- use the services for illegal or harmful purposes,
- attempt to access our systems or data without authorization.
Therapix reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of misuse.
7. Limitation of Liability
All Therapix content is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
We do not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Therapix is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services or website.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials (text, video, audio, graphics, and logos) are the property of Therapix Global Ltd and are protected by copyright law.
No content may be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus.
For customers within the EU, including Sweden, Therapix also complies with EU and Swedish consumer protection laws.
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If not, they shall be settled in the courts of Cyprus.
